Booking Information
The retreat cost includes all accomodation, all meals, (alcohol is not included), tuition where applicable, heating, towels and bed linen although you will be required to provide your own towel/robe for use in the hot tub.
Travel to and from the venue is not included although we can provide transport to and from the retreat from Totnes railway station.
Special diets can be catered for…please help us be prepared by mentioning it at the time of booking.
The retreat has a no smoking policy inside the house.
Payment Information
A non-refunable deposit for each retreat is payable at the time of booking (unless paying in installments in which case see below). The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the retreat. If the retreat is booked less than 8 weeks in advance the deposit function is not available and full payment will be required on booking.
If you choose to pay in instalments the first payments will count towards your non refundable deposit followed by remainder of balance payments. If you cancel your booking any refunds will be made according to our refund and cancellation policy.

Refunds.
If you decide to cancel your booking after paying the deposit, the deposit can be transferred to another retreat or person to be used within 9 months of the original retreat, but it cannot be refunded.
Cancellation Policy.
If you wish to cancel a booking, you should confirm the cancellation in writing.In all cases of cancellation the deposit will be forfeit.
Refunds are only given on a lessening scale according to how soon we are notified of your cancellation:

If the cancellation is made after the final payment is due, you are liable for the full cost of your holiday.
We strongly suggest you take out personal holiday/cancellation insurance. (including Personal Accident).

Complaints
Any complaints must be directed to us as soon as possible, if within your stay we will do our utmost to help and resolve things. Alternatively please write to us within 14 days of the end of the retreat with details of your complaint.
Although we take every reasonable care to ensure that nothing untoward occurs during your stay we cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity arising, howsoever caused. We strongly suggest you take out personal holiday/cancellation insurance. (including Personal Accident).
